Refund and Returns Policy

At WowPariz, we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.


1. Returns Eligibility

You are eligible for a return if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • The item is not a final sale item, such as clearance or promotional sale items that are non-returnable.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@wowpariz.net or call us at (386) 788-6779 to initiate the return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us at the following address:

    Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If your return is approved, the refund will include the full purchase price of the item(s). Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to a defect or our error.


4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@wowpariz.net with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Opened or used items (unless defective)

If you receive an item that is non-returnable, we will notify you at the time of your return request.


7. Canceling an Order
